CHESTER BILL STILTNER

BREAKS — Chester Bill Stiltner age 73 of Stiltner Drive, passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Ky. Born in Buchanan County, he was a son of the late Arthur and Joanne Belcher Stiltner. He was of the Christian faith and last employed as a coal truck driver. He was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and a Kentucky Colonel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister Jessie Looney.

He leaves behind his wife Marlene Stiltner; one daughter, Billie (Eric) Fleming, Breaks; one son, Chester Bill (Tina) Stiltner, II, Grundy and four grandchildren, Cole Stiltner, Hunter Fleming, Christopher Stiltner and Cadie Stiltner.

Funeral service was conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Haysi Funeral Home with Pastor Clint Stewart officiating. Burial followed in the Stiltner Family Cemetery Breaks. Family served as pallbearers.  The family received friends on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the funeral home, where a visitation was be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com.
