NANCY LEE COOK

Nancy Lee Cook, 83 of West Salem, Ohio passed away Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021 at her home. She was born Sept. 8, 1939 in Haysi to the late Harry and Ellen (Collins) Anderson.

Surviving are her daughter, Debra (Daniel) Griffitts; brother-in-law, Lloyd (Nancy) Cook, 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, several siblings, and nieces and nephews.
