MARSHA BETH FIELDS GIBSON

Marsha Beth Fields Gibson, age 48 of Bartlick Road, Haysi passed away Monday, August 16, 2021 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, Ky.

Born in Buchanan County she was the daughter of Earl Wayne (Mavis) Fields and Christine (Ronnie Branscome) Wood. She was of the Baptist faith and was last employed with the Breaks Interstate Park.

She was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Craig Gibson and nephew, Nathan Scott Fields.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her three children, Cody, Logan and Taylor Gibson of Kingsport, Tenn.; her fiancé, Nathan Allen; two brothers, David (Michelle) Fields and Michael (Betty) Fields, both of Haysi; two step-sisters, Robin Edwards and Regina (Dennis) Hall; her future mother in-law, Robyn Mullins, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services were conducted Thursday, August 19, 2021 in the Haysi Funeral Home Chapel.  Friends were able to visit after 6 p.m. where an evening service was held at 7 p.m. with Willard Wood officiating. Pallbearers were Danny Fuller, Dennis Fuller, Dwight Fuller, Derek Fuller, Jason Mullins, and Dillon Fuller. Honorary pallbearers were Matthew Coleman, Jake Coleman, Hayden Baker and Dennis Dean Wallace. Graveside services were conducted Friday, August 20, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Mitchell Senter Cemetery, Haysi. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com.
