Trammel resident Maggie Charles is the first homeowner whose property has been rehabilitated through an ongoing community revitalization project spearheaded by People Incorporated. Presenting the keys to Charles were county Supervisor Peggy Kiser, County Administrator Larry Barton and People Incorporated project manager Mark Moormans.
