Farley Dutton age 76, of Clintwood, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021 at his home. Farley was the son of the late Lacy and Opal Dutton. He was born in Dickenson County and served his country in the United States Army.

Farley loved fishing and the outdoors, cooking, trading, and canning fruits and vegetables.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Paul Dutton.

Farley survived by his wife Millie Susan Dutton; two daughters, Tammy Atkins of Dover, Tenn. and April Osmul and husband Brian of Hollister, Fl.; two sons, Keith Dutton and wife Tanya of Dover, Tenn., and Tyler Dutton Clintwood; step-daughter, Francescia Hemphill and husband Johnny and step-son, James Roberts and wife Lori; four brothers, Avery Dutton and wife Patsy, Danny Dutton and wife Pam, Lacey Dutton, Jr. and wife Brenda, Dennis Dutton and wife Connie; six sisters, Gaynell Jones and husband Jimmy, Phyllis Moore, Arlene Reed, Rita Poland, Peggy Phipps and husband Robert, Shelia Mullins and husband Jerry; several grandchildren and one great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.

The family received friends Thursday, March 4 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. Services were held at 7 p.m. Funeral services were conducted Friday, March 5, 1 p.m., at the funeral home, with Tim Mullins and Lester Mullins officiating. Burial followed in the Sowards Cemetery.
