‘When potatoes are harvested in late autumn, we sprinkle Dwarf Essex rapeseed on top of the disturbed soil,’ says Long Ridge’s Wayne Riner. ‘Later after reaching maturity, these plants are delicious cooked or raw on sandwiches or salads.
