GRETA MULLINS RANK

Greta Mullins Rank was born May 29, 1935, the daughter of Dock P. and Pearlie Cumbo Mullins at Clintwood. She passed from this life January 11, 2021 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Greta married Marvin Price of Radford, who drowned while on a fishing trip in Canada in 1965. She later married Calvin Rank of Marion, Oh. where she lived until his death in 1989. She moved back to Dickenson County and has been at Heritage Hall for several years. Greta was a member of Cumberland Church of the Brethren. We will always remember her as an amazing person whom we loved.

Greta was preceded in death by her parents, Dock P. and Pearlie Cumbo Mullins; husbands, Marvin Price and Calvin Rank; brothers, Hie A., Guy, Lee and Avery Mullins; sisters, Mae Brown, Joy Mullins and Janice Whittington.

Survivors include her sister, Ella Faye Puckett and husband Carroll of Clintwood; sisters-in-law, Ruby Mullins and Jetheral Mullins of Clintwood and Lois Mullins of Marion, Oh. and several nieces and nephews who loved Aunt Greta.

A walk through visitation was held Thursday, January 14 in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel from 1 until 2 p.m. A graveside service followed at the Dock Mullins Family Cemetery with Pastors Harold Rose and Joe Glenn Sluss officiating. Family and friends served as pallbearers.
