BRADY WAYNE DEEL

Brady Wayne Deel age 64, of Haysi passed away on November 9, 2020 at Dickenson Community Hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County. He was of the Old Regular Baptist faith and a disabled coal miner.
Mr. Deel was preceded in death by the love of his life, Ruth; his parents, Garfield and Gene Deel; brothers, James Deel and Roger Deel and sisters, Doris Boyd, Ellen Owens and Fern Barton.
Survivors include his children, Lisha (Thomas) Hamilton of Haysi, Joseph Deel of Haysi, Amanda (James) Boyd of Grundy, Misty (Casey) Turner of Grundy and special nephew Blaine (Tracy) Deel of Clintwood; grandchildren, Brianna (Nathan) Adkins, Hannah Casterline, Henry Casterline, Jr., Jayden Deel, Savanah Deel, Kadence Deel, Carson, Sebastian, Evelyn Turner and Waylon Yates; two great-grandchildren, Raylynn and Mason Adkins; sisters, Vicky (Terry) Colley of Russell Prater, Ann (Monk) Owens of Haysi and Donna Fields of Clintwood and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family received friends Friday, November 13 at 6 p.m. in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. A service followed at 7 p.m. with Elder David O’Quinn officiating. Family and friends were requested to meet at the funeral home, 12 Noon, Saturday, November 14, to proceed to Deel Cemetery, Crooked Branch, Haysi, for graveside services at 1 p.m. Pallbearers were Blaine Deel, Shane Deel, Timmy Vitatoe, Lee Edwards, Richard Mullins, Lee Johnson, Kevin Owens and Stevie Turner. Honorary pallbearers were Blaine Deel, Thomas Hamilton, Burns Phipps, Casey Turner, Ronald Edwards and Henry Casterline, Jr. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.clintwoodfuneralhome.com.
