Bus Driver Appreciation

Dickenson County Public Schools celebrated “Bus Driver Appreciation” during the week of October 19-23. Bus drivers not only ensure that our children get to and from school safely, they now have taken on many more jobs and responsibilities during this pandemic. We are extremely grateful  that during the shutdown all bus drivers, as well as, many other employees in the county stepped up to help deliver food to our students. We appreciate each and every bus driver in the county for all that they do. As a “Thank You”, many schools showed appreciation to their bus drivers with gifts, breakfast, and an assortment of treats.
