COVID cases grow by only two

Dickenson County has recorded two more confirmed COVID-19 cases within a week.

As of Aug. 18, the Virginia Department of Health reported a total of 54 confirmed cases since the pandemic began months ago. As of Tuesday, the number had climbed to 56.

The county continues to report one COVID-19-related death.
