Clintwood Mayor Donald Baker is shown standing in front of the Dickenson County Courthouse. The caption for the photo which was found in the January 8, 1992, issue of The Cumberland Times stated that ’At the pinnacle of the building is the old courthouse clock which has been inoperable for (a few) years.’
