Ersel Rose was an engineer for the Shay engine, Crazy Horse, at McClure. Ersel knew the importance of family history, and visited the grave site of his great grandmother, Elizabeth ‘Katy’ (Powers) Rose, who is buried on Bad Ridge. This photo was taken by Timothy R. Redden.
