JEREMY RYAN ROSE

Jeremy Ryan Rose age 35, passed away Friday, July 10, 2020. He was a 2003 graduate of Clintwood High School and a graduate of Mountain Empire Community College. Jeremy loved to fish, collect coins and spend time with his friends and family. He was a loving, caring person that had a charming smile, cheerful personality and a big heart.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Fred and Marie Browning; maternal grandmother, Judy Browning Mullins and paternal grandparents, Charlie Rose and Pauline Fleming.

Survivors include his mother, Robin Anderson Johnson and Junior; his father, Steve Rose and Jinger; one brother, Tyler Rose; sister, Ashley Johnson; grandfather, Jackie Mullins; grandparents, Dickie and Jean Anderson; step-grandparents Pauline Kiser and the late Joe Kiser, Gabe and Evelyene Johnson; nephew, Landon Johnson; special uncle, Charlie Dotson; special cousins, Tawnya Horne, Tara Toohey, Jade Fleming Stanley, Simon and Molly Dotson, Londen and Rok Horne and several aunts, uncles and cousins that were all special to him.

Under Covid guidelines, visitation for family and friends was Tuesday, July 14 from Noon until 7 p.m. at the Clintwood Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, July 15th at 11 a.m. in the Phipps Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Lynn Vanover officiating. Pallbearers will be Simon Dotson, Londen Horne, Brandon Meade, Tommy Willis, Doug Anderson and Dale Carty. Honorary pallbearers are Greek Carlton and Brandon Kelly.
