HEATHER BAKER

Heather Renea Vonice Jean Baker, age 32 of Clinchco passed away at her home on June 18, 2020. Born on March 13, 1988 in Wise to Clayton (Mary) Baker and Melissa (Mark) Sutherland-Wright. She was a 2006 graduate of Haysi High School and was of the Christian faith. She was a very loving and caring mother who loved her children with all that she was. She was also a loving daughter, sister, aunt, sister in-law, niece, cousin and friend.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Verlin and Vonice Baker and maternal grandparents, Shelby Owens and Verns Sutherland; an uncle, Roy Baker and a cousin, Andrew Baker.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Hannah Yates and Andrea Hackney; one brother, James (Jennifer) Baker; one nephew, Daniel Baker; three nieces, Shyanna Baker, Katie Mullins and Hayley Mullins; one step-brother, Michael Wright; her very best friend, Cecily Rodriguez and her daughter, Sophia along with several aunts, uncles and a host of cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
