The meeting scheduled for April 7 has been cancelled due to precautions concerning the Corona virus. The next scheduled meeting will be held on May 5. Charlie Fleming had gotten us a nice field trip to the Hindman Museum for April but was able to reschedule for May. The group will meet at the library between 11am and 11:30am. Rides will be available for those that don’t want to drive.

The March 3 meeting was well attended by 21 members. Opening prayer was said by Charlie Fleming. Future field trips were suggested and if any members have suggestions for fun outings, contact Scharlene Greene or Kerry Phipps. There were lots of interesting items for show and tell. The most touching and beautiful item was the quilt brought by Charlie Fleming. It was made by his daughter, Sheila Mullins and was a gift to the family.

Members in attendance were: Kerry and Pun Yon Phipps, Ella Faye Puckett, Jetheral Mullins, Loretta Cochran, Victor Shortt, Wayne Whitt, Ron Peters, Charlie Fleming, Izetta, Dee Roberts, Kenny Mullins, Dennis and Sandra Reedy, Burns and Patricia McFall, Randy Rose, Bud and Scharlene Greene, Kay Dotson and Nina Delaney.

Respectfully submitted by Wayne Whitt
