REVEREND PAUL ED FIELDS

Reverend Paul Ed Fields, 87 passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born April 09, 1932 to Dewey B. Fields and Virgie Stanley Fields of McClure. Reverend Fields was a long time Pastor and School Teacher in Dickenson County. He was preceded in death by his parents; Dewey and Vergie Stanley Fields.

He is survived by his son, Edwin Ray Fields, Bristol, Tenn.; best friend, Johnny Collins, Kingsport, Tenn.; two sisters, Peggy Yates, Waller, Tex., Nancy Large and husband James, Chattanooga, Tenn.; one brother, Dewey Fields, Jr. and wife Eula, Abingdon and several nieces and nephews.

The family received friends Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 1-2 p.m. at East Tennessee Funeral Home with a service that followed at 2 p.m. with Reverend Sammy Murray.

Reverend Fields was entombed Saturday, February 22, 2020 following the service in the Mausoleum of The Good Shepherd at East Tennessee Cemetery.
