MARY NELL LARGE

Mary Nell Large, age 79, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at her residence. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and was a member of Valley View Freewill Baptist Church for 53 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Beulah Robinson and her daughter, Janine Senter.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Bill Large of Clintwood; children, Teresa (Donald) Blansett of Clintwood and Brian Large of Clintwood; two sisters, Emma Bise of Clintwood and Anna Silcox of Clintwood; three grandchildren, Brittany (Brandon) Mullins of Bristol, Matthew Blansett of Clintwood and Savana Rose of Abingdon; four great-grandchildren, Addison, Cohen, and Eve Mullins and Jenna Rose.

The family received friends Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services that followed at 1 p.m. Clergyman Lynn Vanover officiated. Burial followed in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood. Family and friends served as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Valley View Freewill Baptist Church.
