Ridgeview FFA competes in Appalachian Area Forestry

On October 17, 2019 the forestry team traveled to Matthews State Forest to compete in the Area Career Development Event (CDE). The CDE consists of six stations: tree id, tree value, tree volume, forestry tools, timber stand improvement and maps. The team placed 5th out of 10 overall with Mason Brown placing 10th in the senior division. Team members include: Mason Brown, Emma Mullins, Lee McCowan, Kloe Rife.
