New school board meets Wednesday to organize

The Dickenson County School Board will hold a special called meeting Wednesday at 5 p.m. to choose its leadership for 2020.

The organizational meeting will take place at the school district office, 309 Volunteer Ave., Clintwood.

Following November 2019 elections, the board now consists of incumbents Lurton Lyle and Rick Mullins along with new members Jamie Hackney, Jason Hicks and Damon Rasnick.
