Leading the leaders

When the state superintendent of education and state board members want to visit your school, you say yes and welcome them with open arms, Dickenson County Superintendent Haydee Robinson told the school board upon learning that Superintendent James Lane was interested in visiting the Ridgeview campus. During a visit Nov. 7, Lane listened to Dickenson County Public Schools Special Education and Career Technical Director Denechia Edwards but Robinson said Ridgeview students make great tour guides and were involved in leading the leaders.
