Final meeting of the year will be Nov. 5

Well, it’s that time of year again. The frost is on the pumpkins and the Mountain People and Places will be holding their final meeting of the year. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 5 for dinner at Prime Sirloin in Norton. We’ll meet at the restaurant at 1 p.m. For those who want a ride, there will be a carpool leaving from the library in Clintwood at 12 noon. The group pays for the member’s meals. If you bring a guest, they’ll be responsible for their meal.

The October meeting was fun and had a good attendance of 14. There were a lot of interesting things brought for show and tell as well as some informative stories.

Weather permitting, the first meeting for next year will be held on March 3, 2020.
