This stunning photograph of the Hazel Mountain fire tower by Dickenson County’s own Brad Deel won The People’s Choice award in the 2019 Wise Fall Fling Digital Photo Contest. Deel’s photograph was among 109 entries in the adult category, where Patsy Phillips of Castlewood took top honors. The fire tower and all of this year’s photographs can be seen online on the ‘Fall Fling Digital Photo Contest’ Facebook page.
