Matt O’Quinn says he wasn’t looking to leave Breaks Interstate Park, but he just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to head the brand new Powhatan State Park. O’Quinn, shown here at an opening day ceremony for the new park, oversaw about $4 million in capital improvements while at the Breaks Park.
