Friends bid farewell to Fourth World volunteers Vincent and Fanchette Fanelli during a moving lunch Sept. 15 at the Clinchco Senior Citizens Center. All sang a re-worded version of ‘You are My Sunshine’ dedicated to the couple and shared memories of the Fanelli’s, volunteers in the Fourth World Movement to end poverty.
