Volunteer Carolyn Swindall gave Nancy Deel the coat right off her back when Swindall stopped by the American Red Cross emergency shelter at Clintwood Baptist Church Tuesday. Deel, of Edwards Ridge, has sought warmth at a shelter since her power went out during the blizzard that began Dec. 18.
