County to apply for library grant

The Dickenson County Board of Supervisors will seek federal stimulus funds to pay for repairs at the county's two libraries, located at Clintwood and Haysi. The most expensive repair is putting a new roof on the front half of the Clintwood library, shown here. The library also needs new heat pumps.
