‘Lucky’ honored as long-standing 4-H participant

Cassidy O’Quinn, a fifth grader at Longs Fork Elementary School, sits astride Lucky, 28, who was recently named Oldest Outstanding Horse at a state 4-H show. He was first entered in a 4-H event in the late 1980s.
