Coal miner theme wins first place in light pole contest

Amanda Robinson (left), Girl Scout Troop 440 leader, accepts a $50 check from brothers Larry (center) and Eugene Baker, sons of Walter and Violet Baker of Clintwood, for the troop. The money was a prize for winning first place in a lightpole decorating contest hosted by the Town of Clintwood Steering Committee. The Baker family won the contest for the coal miner themed pole behind them.
