Colleges to host NASA events

Adam Sanders, a graduate of Powell Valley High School and the University of Virginia, worked as the lead architect for Robonaut 2, which has been aboard the International Space Station since being launched on a space shuttle last year. He will speak at Mountain Empire Community College next Wednesday, as part of the week’s NASA events taking place at MECC and The University of Virginia's College at Wise.
