Sophie Fleming (second from right) helped deliver a load of Easter baskets to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital affiliate clinic in Johnson City, Tennessee, in the spring as part of the annual Sophie's Drive for Life. Sophie was diagnosed at just 6 months old with neuroblastoma, a cancer of the sympathetic nervous system that affects one in every 100,000 children. She is pictured with staff members at the clinic.
