On Tuesday, Dec. 16, Clintwood Elementary School second graders visited Heritage Hall nursing home in Clintwood. The children made cards for the residents, collected and donated stuffed animals to them, and sang Christmas carols. Everyone enjoyed the songs and joined in singing along. Clintwood Elementary School is a ‘Bucket Filling’ school. Students build character and fill their buckets by being kind to others. The second graders were able to experience bucket filling firsthand during their nursing home visit.
