Haysi man dies in wreck during flooding

Virginia State Police Search and Recovery Team members begin efforts Thursday afternoon to pull a car from the Russell Fork River. The vehicle was swept into the river from a water-covered roadway Wednesday night. A Haysi man died in the accident. VIRGINIA STATE POLICE PHOTO.
