Drug prevention program

County seventh and 10th graders participated in a mobile drug prevention program earlier this week. On Monday and Tuesday, the On the Move mobile classroom was set up at Clintwood Elementary School. Students from other schools were bussed to the site to take part in the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program. The Dickenson County Sheriff’s Office partnered with the national Office of National Drug Control Policy to offer the program.
