Dr. Vanover honored for years of service

Dr. Patricia Vanover (seated), better known locally as ‘Doc Pat,’ was honored earlier this month by Clintwood Town Council and the Dickenson County Board of Supervisors for her contributions to the community during her medical career spanning four decades. Both governments passed resolutions declaring May 10, 2015 as Dr. Patricia Vanover Day in Dickenson County.
