Historical society member Dennis Reedy, author of this week’s article, stands in front of one of Fred Stanley’s cars in 1963 at Sykes Motor Sales in Clintwood. The car, a 1918 Dodge, was on display for the annual new car showing. Identities of the other four children are unknown. However, if anyone knows who the children are, please let the historical society know.
