Local youth watch as a Crooked Road Quilters Guild member uses a sewing machine during a free quilting workshop last summer. Dickenson County 4-H will again offer the workshop for ages 9-18 on Tuesday, July 21, 10 a.m.-noon, at Jonnie B. Deel Memorial Library, 198 Chase Street, Clintwood.
