    Cumberland Plateau Company, Inc. (CPC) is accepting Statements of Qualifications from licensed and insured contractors as well as material and equipment suppliers for placement on its Approved Vendor Directory for their Workforce Housing Development Program.

    CPC is seeking qualified contractors in the following categories: foundation installation, concrete, masonry, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, crane operators, general contracting, and landscaping/site work. CPC is also seeking materials vendors, equipment rental suppliers, and infrastructure product suppliers.

     Firms approved for the directory will be eligible to compete for or receive future task orders, work orders, and contracts in accordance with CPC's Procurement Policy. Placement on the directory does not guarantee an award or specific volume of work.

     The complete Request for Qualifications, RFQ-2026-WHDP, including minimum qualification standards and submission requirements, may be obtained by contacting CPC at

Statements of Qualifications may be submitted electronically in PDF format to cperkins@cppdc.org, mailed to CPC at PO Box 548, Lebanon, VA 24266, or hand-

delivered to 224 Clydesway Drive, Lebanon, VA 24266. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis as provided in the RFQ.

     Cumberland Plateau Company, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject qualification submissions in accordance with the terms of the RFQ and applicable procurement requirements.
