     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 11111

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with all appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being in at McClure, in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: 

   Fronting 65 feet on the west side of Church Street and known and designated as a Lot No. 56 on a plat, with certificate marked" Plat of Swannanoa Corp. Property, McClure, Virginia", which said plat is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said County and reference hereto is here made for a more particular description. 

   Being the same property conveyed to Clarida E. Senter, Jr., and Glenna F. Senter, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed from Billy Jack Greene and Patricia Eileen Greene, dated June 14, 2004 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on August 1, 2005 as Instrument Number 050001614. 

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 204 at Page 433, and Deed Book 110 at Page 334.

     IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Clarida E. Senter, Jr. , who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Glenna F. Senter, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Ryan Nelson, whose last known address is 125 McClellan Court, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; Michael Nelson, whose last known address is 272 Sharons Road, Clinchco, Virginia 24226; Brian Gene Nelson, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

    ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 4, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
