ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, as follows:

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land with all appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being on Laurel Branch, a tributary of Georges Fork in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake in Laurel Branch in line of the lands now or formerly known as the Shortt track, and at the right-of-way of State Route # 72, thence along the said roads, S 47 00 W 135.6 feet to a highway stone marker; S 42 50 W 85.5 feet to a stone marker at the tract of land now or formerly known as the Everett Smith tract; thence with one line of same, N 47 40 W 167.0 feet to the center of Laurel Branch and to the Shortt tract; thence down the branch along the Shortt tract, N 58 48 E 75.5 feet to a stake; N 78 00 E 118.3 feet to a stake; S 89 10 E 36.0 feet to a stake; S 74 02 E 72.0 feet to the Beginning, containing 0.6 acres, more or less.
Being the same property conveyed to Paul Rose and Bertha Rose, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed from Walter Hughes, widower, dated July 17, 1984, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Viginia on July 24, 1984 in Deed Book 223 at Page 215. The said Bertha Rose departed this life on February 17, 2000, thus conveying full interest to Paul Rose.
Further being the same property conveyed to Ava Lynn Rose by the Last Will and Testament of Paul Rose, dated May 16, 2000, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickeson County as Instrument Number 090000098.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Ava Lynn Rose, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is Post Office Box 2141, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; Robert Rose, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Patsy Mullins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Cassandra Moore , whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before July 6, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
