     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being in Dickenson County, Virginia, on the waters of Georges Fork Creek and being more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at a stake in the edge of the road at the line of lands now or formerly owned by Booker Craft ( Beech and Hickory witnesses) S 12 00 W 137 ft. to a stake; S 00 15 E 297 ft to a stake; S 8 15 W 157 ft. to a stake; S 13 00 W 137 ft. to a stake S 9 40 __ 68 ft. to a stake, a corner to the line of lands now or formerly owned by the Hyder heirs; thence up the hill with Hyder line S 88 30 1087 ft. to a sourwood on top of the ridge; thence down the ridge with the line of lands now or formerly owned by C. J. Mullins N 14 00 E 460 ft. to a stake a corner to the C. J. Mullins tract and the tract now or formerly owned by Emaline Mullins; N 5 30 E 131 ft. to a maple; N 20 15 E 189 ft. to a maple; N 9 30 W 308 ft. to a beech; N 9 15 E 180 ft. to a sourwood; N 20 00 E 133 __ to a stake, beech as witness. Thence down the hill S 83 00 E 795 ft. to the Beginning, containing twenty and three fourths (20 3/4) acres, more or less. 

    Being the same property conveyed to Rosville Browning by Deed from Emaline Mullins and Violet Hibbits by Deed dated May 16, 1944 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on May 18, 1944 in Deed Book 82 at Page 236.

   Less and Except for that certain 2.76 acre portion conveyed to Ray Browning by Deed from Rosville Browning and Effie Browning, dated June 4, 1948 and recorded on June 14, 1948 in Deed Book 93 at Page 65.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 89 at Page 247, Deed Book 123 at Page 274, and Deed Book 125 at Page 107.

    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Rosville Browning, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Effie May Cox Browning, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Ray G. Browning, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Earnest Aaron Browning, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Richard Browning, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Haskell D. Browning, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Helen Browning Fleming, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Carlas Neil Fleming, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Patricia Ellen Hill, whose last known address is Post Office Box 201, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; Joyce Annette Browning Stallard, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Robert Ray Stallard, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; David Ray Stallard, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Della Browning Lentz, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Joe Lentz, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Jessie L. Browning, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Eva Jean Browning Hawkins, whose last known address is 2759 Jerrys Branch, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

    ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before July 6, 2026, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
