    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

    All that certain real estate, situate in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
   Parcel No. 1, being known as Lot No. Three (3) in Block No. Six (6) of the town of Mill Creek.
   Parcel No. 2, being known as Lot No. One (1) and Two (2) in Block No. Seven (7) in the town of Mill Creek. 
   Being the same property conveyed to James B. Millins and Ruby Mullins, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed from Ellis Adkins, dated September 14, 1993 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virgina in Deed Book 295 at Page 158. 
   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 379 at Page 348.

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with all appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being on the waters of Mill Creek, in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
    Beginning at a corner to the lot now or formerly owned by Carl Fines on Main Street; thence with Fine's line to a drain on the remaining tract of the line of lands now or formerly owned by Paul Deel; thence up the drain and with said drain to the line of lands now or formerly owned by Ellen Deel; thence with the said Ellen Deel's line to a line of lands now or formerly owned by Roy Edwards; thence with his life crossing the branch to Main Street; thence down the said street line on the point of beginning. 
   Being the same property conveyed to James Bradley Mullins, Jr., by Deed from James R. Mullins and Ruby K. Mullins, husband and wife, by Deed of Gift dated February 2, 1994 and recorded the same day among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia in Deed Book 298 at Page 135. 
   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 379 at Page 348.
    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: James Bradley Mullins , who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Ruth K. Mullins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; James Bradley Mullins, Jr. , who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Regina Mullins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Shelia Mullins Stanley , whose last known address is 279 Aggie Way, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; Nathan Scott Mullins, whose last known address is 190 Mary Lou Drive, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 
    ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 17, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
