All that certain tract or parcel of land, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being on Rakes Ridge, in Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a metal stake in the Phillip Owens’ line; thence South 223 feet to a walnut tree; thence West 175 feet to a metal stake in the edge of State Highway NO. 792; thence with State Highway No. 792 North 189 feet to a metal stake in Phillip Owens’ line; thence with Phillip Owens’ line East 108 feet to the BEGINNING, containing one (1) acre more or less.
