     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, as follows:

     All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Kenady Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia, on the waters of Caney Creek and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: to-wit:
     Beginning at a chestnut in the Dotson line; thence N 61 E 20 poles to a maple and chestnut in a hollow; a corner to the line of lands now or formerly owned by L. C. Stanley, and with said land to a set stone in lieu of a chestnut (now gone), a corner to lands of V. L. Stallard and wife; thence with said Stallard's line N 9 30 W 116 feet to a set stone; thence N 49 30 W 117 feet to a rock; thence N 17 E 105.5 feet to a set stone, thence S 76 E 22.5 feet to the center of a well; thence 19 E 82 feet to a stone and locust post; thence S 76 E 179 feet to a set stone in a line of lands now or formerly owned by H. E. McCoy; thence with one line of said McCoy 36 poles to a chestnut; thence with said land to a dead chestnut oak; corner to line of lands now or formerly owned by J. L. McCoy; thence N 64 30 W 33.25 poles to a small chestnut and sourwood; thence S 49 W 40 poles to a dead chestnut; thence S 30 W 6 poles to a white walnut at the lock of a fence;  thence N 41 W 9 poles and 17 links to a hickory; thence S 78 30 W 21 poles to a hickory; thence S 67 30 W 5 poles to a locust; thence S 52 30 W 21 poles to a small hickory; thence S 7 W 50.5 poles to a long rock; thence S 44 W 24.5 poles to a small white oak and hickory in the Dotson line; thence S 41 30 E 14  poles to a black gum on a spur; thence S 60 45 E 27 poles and 20 links to the Beginning, containing 34 acres, more or less. 
    Being the same property conveyed to Carroll Hampton French, by from Carroll Hampton French and Pampela French, by Deed dated August 19, 2010, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on August 20, 2010, in Deed Book 480 at Page 210.
    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

     All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Kenady Magisterial District of Dickenson County, on the waters of Caney Creek, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
    Beginning at a set stone in lieu of a chestnut (now gone) by a road; thence N 9 30 W 116 feet to a set stone; thence N 49 W 117 feet to a rock; thence N 17 E 105.5 feet to a set stone; thence S 76 E 22.5 feet to the center of a well; thence N 19 E 82 feet to a stone and locust post; thence S 76 E 179 feet to a set stone in a line of lands now or formerly owned by H. E. McCoy; thence S 21 W 67 feet to a black gum ( now gone); thence S 25 30 W 17 poles and  8 Links to the Beginning, containing 174 square rods.
    Being the same property conveyed to Carroll Hampton French, by from Carroll Hampton French and Pampela French, by Deed dated August 19, 2010, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on August 20, 2010 in Deed Book 480 at Page 210.
    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

     All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Kenady Magisterial District of Dickenson County, on the waters of Caney Creek, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
     Beginning at a chestnut oak on rough Ridge, a corner to the line of lands now or formerly owned by J. L. McCoy with his lines 45 1/2 W 13 poles to a stake near a fence S 77 W 24 poles to a sourwood on a spur, S 81 W 13 poles to a chestnut and dead oak; thence leaving said McCoy's line S 80 W 4 poles and 7 links to a stake in lieu of two chestnuts S 2 1/5 W 42 poles and 17 links toa  black gum S 24 1/2 W 17 poles to a chestnut stump by a road with said S 12 1/2 E 8 poles to a stake in said road S 52 1/2 E 7 poles to a stake in the road S 30 E 18 poles to a stake in the said road S 13 E 34 links from a chestnut; thence leaving said road S 13 E 24 links from a chestnut S 78 E 33 poles to an ash on pole cat branch; thence down said branch with the original line of lands now or formerly owned by M. L. McCoy N 29 1/2 E 21 poles to a poplar N 62 E 12 poles and ten links to a small ash by said branch N 36 1/2 E 23 poles to a white walnut N 18 E 13 poles to a dogwood at the forks of a branch N 50 1/2 E W 56 poles and ten links to the Beginning, containing 47 acres, more or less. 
   Being the same property conveyed to Carroll Hampton French by Deed from C. H. French and Pam French, dated August 19, 2010 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of August 20, 2010 in Deed Book 480 at Page 214. 
   Less and Except for that certain 0.68 acre portion of land conveyed to Michael Anthony Rose and Kayla Devon Rose, husband and wife, by Deed from Peggy Elizabeth French and Tara R. Gibson, heirs of Carol Hampton French, dated November 29, 2010, and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on 2/18/2022 as Instrument Number 220000167. 
   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Instrument Number 220000167.
    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Carroll Hampton French, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Tara D. Gibson, whose last known address is 194 Leck Road, Coeburn, Virginia 24230; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 
      ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before April 3, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
