The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 13617

Account No. 10763

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying in the Clintwood Magisterial District on Big Ridge, in Dickenson County, Virginia and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at No. 1 stake by maple in fence row thence south 285.10 feet to a steel stake; thence west 211.32 feet to a stake in road; thence northeast 386.5 feet to the beginning, containing 1 1/2 acres, more or less.

Being the same property conveyed to Bobby G. Rose by Deed from Johnny R. Rose, dated July 31, 1986 and recorded the same day among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia in Deed Book 237 at Page 108.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Bobby G. Rose, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before April 7, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
