    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of real estate, with all appurtenances thereto belonging, situate in Dickenson County, Virginia on the waters of Russell Fork River, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

     Beginning at a stake on top of a ridge in a lane, corner to the line of lands now or formerly owned by John Yates and Lawrence O'Quinn; thence up said ridge and along a road N 3° 38° W 100 feet to a stake in the lane; thence S 76° 30' W 176 feet to a stake and maple tree in the line of lands now or formerly owned by Erwin Yates; thence with Erwin Yates line S 31° E 86 feet to a fence post; cornering with Erwin Yates and John Yates line; thence N 82° 24' E 130.7 feet to the Beginning, containing 3/4 of an acre, more or less. 

   Being the same property conveyed to Joan Jeanette Coleman and Ralph Henry Coleman, husband and wife, by Deed from Joseph F. Deel and Minnie A. Deel, husband and wife, dated May 20, 1976 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on May 26, 1976 in Deed Book 177 at Page 330.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 129 at Page 238, Deed Book 169 at Page 560, Deed Book 183 at Page 029, and Deed Book 250 at Page 135.

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situated, lying and being on the waters of Russell Fork River in Dickenson County, Virginia and being more particularly described as follows:

   Beginning at a concrete marker above a private road and a corner to the line of lands now or formerly owned by John Yates; thence with John Yates line N 29° 30' E 178 feet to a concrete marker a corner to the line of lands now or formerly owned by Joseph F. Deel; thence with the said Joseph F. Deel line reversed N 34.30 " W 284.4 feet to a stake at the said line fence; thence with the said line fence N 65.30' W 57.4 feet to a concrete marker at said line fence and above private road; thence S 38.30' E 160 feet to a stake above said private road, thence S 22.30' E 65 feet to a stake above said private road; thence S 3.30' E 184 feet to a stake above said private road; thence S 18 E 64 feet to the Beginning, containing one acre, more or less. 

    Being the same property conveyed to Joan Jeanette Coleman, Renita A. Coleman and Nathan R. Coleman, by Deed from Ralph Henry Coleman and Joan Jeanette Coleman, husband and wife, by Deed of Gift dated March 11, 1985 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on March 13, 1985 in Deed Book 226 at Page 736.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 147 at Page 083, Deed Book 250 at Page 135, and Deed Book 154 at Page 11.

      IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Nathan R. Coleman also known as Nathan Russell Coleman, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

    ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before February 20, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
