     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

     All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Ervinton Magisterial District, Dickenson County, Virginia, being more particularly described as follows:

    Fronting 73 feet to the south side of a road, and known and designated as Lot No. nineteen (19) on a plat with certificate, marked "Plat of Swannanoa Corp. Property, McClure, Virginia, to be sold at auction, November 23, 1946, by the C. A. Johnson Land Co." which said plat is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said County, and reference whereto is here made. 

    Being the same property conveyed to Priscilla Meade Holifield by Deed of Gift from Shelia Dawn Stanley and Priscilla Hill, dated January 3, 2006 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on January 19, 2006 in Deed Book 422 at Page 037. 

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 249 at Page 686, Deed Book 135 at Page 439, and Deed Book 388 at Page 474..

     All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the improvements thereon and the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the Ervinton Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia at McClure, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:

    Fronting 132 feet on the south side of a road, and known and designated as Lot No. Twenty (20) on a plat with certificate, marked "Plat of Swannanoa Corporation Property, McClure, Virginia, to be sold at auction  November 23, 1945 by the C. A. Johnson Land Company:, which said plat is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said county, and reference whereto is here made.

   Being the same property conveyed to Arvel Frank Meade and Virginia E. Meade, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed from Ersel Rose and Jewell Patton Rose, his wife, dated March 9, 1972 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on March 10, 1972 in Deed Book 154 at Page 246. 

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 249 at Page 686, Deed Book 135 at Page 439, and Deed Book 388 at Page 474.

    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Priscilla Meade Holfield aka Priscilla Holifield, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Levinia Dawn Mullins, whose last known address is Post Office Box 677, Haysi, Virginia 24256; Thomas Denver Holfield, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Arvil Frank Meade, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Virgie E. Meade, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Bobbie Jo Mullins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Ransome Meade, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Charlotte M. Meade , who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Frank Meade, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before February 6, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
