     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 6314

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being on Honey Branch, a tributary of McClure River, Wakenva Community, Kenedy Magisterial District, Dickenson County, Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

     Beginning at an iron pipe on a hillside approximately 250 ft. from the forks of Honey Branch, said pipe being 8' south of an 12 in white oak marked as witness; thence down a hillside S 31° E 254.00' to a stake approximately 8' north of Honey Branch, witness 10" sycamore; thence up the branch S 57° 07' W 171.50' to a stake by a 6" willow; thence up a hillside N 31° W. 247.50 ' to a stake on a hillside; thence around the hill N 57° 57' E 171.83' to the beginning, containing approximately 42,979 square feet or 0.987 of an acre.

   Being the same property conveyed to Wanda Mayes by Deed from Orbie Lee Mayes and Wanda C. Mayes, husband and wife, by Deed dated October 18, 1989 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on October 23, 1989 in Deed Book 261 at Page 202. 

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Wanda Mayes Maple, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Norman Mayes, whose last known address is 108 Rejoice Lane, Castlewood, Virginia 24224; Gage Mayes, whose last known address is  unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

   ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before February 6, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
