     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 10786

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, including a 1986 Manufactured Home, Identification Number H44873GLR, situate, lying and being on the waters of Holly Creek in the Town of Clintwood, in Dickenson County, Virginia and being more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at a concrete hub in line of the line of lands now or formerly owned by Arthur Selfe Tract N 31 45 E 136.0 feet to a concrete hub in state route no. 607; thence up the road S 68 30 E 116.8 feet to a concrete hub in the line of lands now or formerly owned by Claude H. Rose 80 x 130 foot lot; thence down the hill S 24 05 W 150.0 feet to a concrete hub that is 8 2/3 feet northeast of a large pine; thence N 61 10 W 136.5 feet to the beginning, containing 0.44 acres, more or less. 

    Being the same property conveyed to Jarvis Wade Flint by Deed from John K. Johnson and Chandra Johnson, husband and wife, by Deed dated December 10, 2012 and recorded the same day among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia in Deed Book 502 at Page 498. 

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Jarvis Wade Flint, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 188 The Lake Road, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before January 28, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
