ORDER OF PUBLICATION

     The subject of this suit is to request an Order from this Court for an allotment to the Plaintiff in that certain tract of land containing 33 acres more or less, in which the subject property was conveyed to Posie Hill (a/k/a Basil Hill) and Nettie Hill (a/k/a Netty Hill) by deed dated April 25, 1908, and recorded November 28, 1911, in Deed Book 29, Page 550, in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Dickenson County, Virginia, for an Order that title shall vest in fee simple to Plaintiff as the sole owner through purchase of Defendants' outstanding interest in the said tract of land by a Court ordered allotment or in the alternative to seek partition of the property so that any interested party may purchase said tract of land therefore vesting the ownership of the entire tract of land in said purchaser.

     An affidavit having been made and signed that there are known Defendants whose addresses are unknown to the Plaintiff and there are or may be unknown parties who have an interest in said tract of land, whose names and addresses are unknown to Plaintiffs, it is hereby

      ORDERED that any person who is an heir, representative, devisee, or successor in title to Jetty Hill Gilbert, Anthony Hill, Oakley Rome Hill, Ora Hill Mullins or any Defendant named herein, and/or any other persons who may, by virtue of inheritance, intestacy, conveyance, transfer or otherwise have an interest in the property, outcome or subject matter which is the subject of this suit appear on or before February 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in said land.

     It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Dickenson Star, a newspaper of general circulation in Dickenson County, Virginia.

    It is further ORDERED the Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse.
