     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 11726

    All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Dickenson County on the waters of Georges Fork Creek, and being more particularly described as follows:

     Beginning at a beech a corner to the tract of land now or formerly owned by Esaw Hoskins, S 55.00 W 179 ft to a stake above the road, thence up the hill S 58.30 E15 6 ft. to the stake near an oak marked, N 32.00 E 172 ft. to an oak in line with the Esaw Hoskins tract, thence with his line, N 57.00 W 15 0 feet to the Beginning, containing (1/2) one -half acre, more or less.

   Being the same property conveyed to Betty Ruth Stanley and Jeraine Stanley, by Deed from H. H. Mullins & wife, by Deed dated November 27, 1941 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on December 9, 1941 in Deed Book 78 at Page 299.

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

     IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Betty Ruth Stanley, whose last known address is  unknown; Jeraine Stanley, whose last known address is  unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before December 1, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
